Here's the announcement: a fundraiser to benefit LP! After careful consideration, we have decided that instead of starting our own 501(c)(3), we have decided to partner up with Friends of Los Pisingos, an establisheed 501(c)(3) based in Colorado. With the encouragement of founders JJ and Libby Gorsuch, we will be working to raise money for this awesome non-profit! Here are the details:

What: Friends of Los Pisingos Fundraiser Fall ’10!

When: “Officially” Begins Wednesday Nov 24th, and Ends Saturday Dec 4th

Who: Whoever Wants to Help!

Help us help 501(c)(3) “Friends of Los Pisingos” in raising money for Los Pisingos. If you’re up for helping out, you’ll get the opportunity to win one of these prizes!

1st place: One Night “Romance Plus Package” at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel

We all know the size of the need at LP. We would like to show Carlos, Andreas, Isabel, and JJ and Libby that we’re serious about making a difference there! This is a great way to get the kids involved as well, especially when they hear where the money is going to. The donations are tax-deductible, so please make sure you mention that when telling your family, friends, neighbors, businesses, and whoever else you will talk to about this. This is a great opportunity for all of us to give back to such a special place, and who wouldn’t want a free night out on the town (or better yet, a free OVERNIGHT package)!?!?
